The Cheesecake Bar began as Carol's personal mission — to create cheesecakes genuinely worth savouring. Rich, densely creamy, and made with real ingredients. No shortcuts.
What started as a passion project has grown into a beloved bakery with over 20 handcrafted flavours and a loyal community of customers who keep coming back.
